Woohooo...I think my soul needed this run. PERFECT weather!
Felt happy. Took it easy and ran slow because I have a trail race on Sunday.
The trails were gorgeous.
Only had one vanilla GU at mile 9 and only 3 water stops but that worked out okay.
My foot still hurt some but it felt better than Wednesday.
