Dead legs.
They were stiff and heavy from the beginning and it never got any better. Ugh...worst run in a while. My right ankle is hurting. I thought it was from running around in loops over uneven surface without changing direction but now I think it's my shoe rubbing up against the side of my foot.
Hoping tomorrow is better.

Time to run trails with us! Try Newton shoes for road runs, no more pain because it's expensive.

I used to run in newtons. Got tired of spending that much money on shoes. I do need to run some trails though!
