    Ran 3 straight walked the rest. Does this mean I have to officially cut out the walk breaks? Yikes !!!

    I hate the treadmill but my husband is training for a marathon. We both work full time & we have kids so outside running time is limited. :(
    Ran 1, walked 1/2, ran 2, walked 1/2.

    Ran 1, walked 1/2, ran 1, walked 1/2, ran 1. Felt pretty good. Now trying to cut down on the walk breaks.

    Ran 1, walked 1, ran 1, walked the last 1/2 mile. Felt really good on the 2nd mile. I think the walk break helped with getting back into it?

    Really hard getting back into it. I ran for about 1 mile and then my knee started hurting so I walked the rest. Maybe trying too hard to get back to where I was?
