    First run that I felt absolutely amazing during. No cramps in my stomach or legs. I think it must be the change in my diet.

    I ran faster than I've ever ran but after that I couldn't walk for two days. Note to self never wear shorts again.

    First 3 miles I ran at a 10.35 mile per hour pace. Normally I run 11 minute miles. Still had a cramp the entire time I ran. I didn't eat anything in the morning.

    The first two miles were tough. I ate a banana before my run and I felt it. I also ran in shorts which was a bad idea. My thighs rubbed together and chafed.
