3 degrees this morning in Fargo.
I didn't get to run as fast as I wanted to because I was running with a buddy of mine who had his first ever race event. His goal was to run the entire thing without stopping, and we did. Had a good time. About 600 people showed for the little 3 mile run.


great job! glad to hear you stuck with your buddy! i know it messed wiht your time a bit but i'm sure it meant a lot to them.

Jan, great job in the 5k and best of luck in Hawaii. Wow! I wish I could go with you. Make sure you get plenty of rest before the big day. You'll do great!
