First time doing repeats.. Not sure I'm doing them quite right. Walked in between the repeats, I think I am going to try jogging inbetween next time. Hit goal times though! Walked by the track which was open, but chickened out and tried to find some other loops around the neighborhood. Goal was 1:50-1:57 per 400m. 5 minutes warm up and cool down.
