Easy run day. I took it a bit easy, wasn't pushing it or anything, but I was quite tired from the day and also sore from my first Strength workout yesterday so it was a bit hard to keep going. I didn't stop though, except when I would get hit by cars. This is an old route I used to go on walks when I was just starting to regularly exercise. It was strange to run the same routes that I did before at such a fast speed, and have to go so much farther to get the distance in.
Tomorrow is my first hard workout - a "tempo" run, and I am somewhat scared that I won't be able to keep up my planned 8:15 pace for 40 minutes.
