tired Stretch + Strength

Second day in, and it's a "rest day". Looked up some good stretches for runners, and practiced them with the videos so that I could be sure I was doing them right. Then started the bodyweight exercises, which I will try to do on these days. There's no pull-up bar in our workout room, and I doubt I would be able to do them anyway, so I did weight machine pulldowns instead, at level 8. I don't know how much weight, but it's certainly less than my body weight. I'll try to work up to body weight I think. I also realized that I have basically no clue how to correctly do a push-up. I read that you're supposed to keep your arms near your body, and now I have a weird form. The squats at least were easy to get the right form on.

20 minutes of:
2x Pull-ups (replaced with 6x pull-downs)
3x Pushups (done on knees)
5x Squats

After that, I tried to do a couple rounds of strengthrunning's core routine, but I basically fell over halfway through the second one. Maybe I need to do that core routine on an alternate day.
