Tried to make today a "run fast" day. Ended up running fast and then walking some sections. The Big Hill was a walk-up and then I got stopped at the stoplights a lot. When I was running fast, I was around 8 minutes per mile which is pretty fast for me! I like this route but the major road at mile 2.5 and 4 is a pace killer. Gotta find an alternative that doesn't cross that road!
