alright Crosstraining Ellipticals 11.5 mi 01:00 05:13 pace

Yesterday's Crosstraining was ellipticals again. Went pretty speedy this time - all above 85 rpm. 5 min alternating forward and backwards. Just a generic workout on a saturday though.
