Long "Slow" Distance. Ended up running at about 9:20 pace throughout, with a break in the middle at a little park. Trying to figure out how to make myself run slower, on longer days I start having a hard time around mile 7 or 8.

    I can related Michael! Nice run today. Slow distance is important to train your body to burn fat during runs rather than muscle glycogen, which will deplete after 90 minutes or so. Well done!
