Crosstraining today, with ellipticals. Felt pretty good after this, even though it wasn't a lot of fun when it was going on. I end up sweating and having trouble not chafing my hands on the heart rate sensors. Stayed in the aerobic heart range for almost the whole time, doing intervals of 132bpm low and 150bpm high.
