Fourth run this week! Went out for an easy 5, and it felt pretty easy today, but I ended up going at a pretty decent pace for me. Walked about 400m at the halfway point. Switched up the route a little bit which I think helped. Looked at my watch at 4.9 and did a little kick at the end. Sun in my eyes for a big portion of this. I might need some sunglasses at some point.
