Elliptical Crosstraining 9 mi 00:48 05:19 pace

Crosstraining yesterday. Normally I would have gone an hour, but was really tired for some reason and wanted to take a break after the half on Saturday. Going to start putting in Elliptical as fitness instead of running, and try to make my 1200 miles in '12 without these "padding" miles.
