Crosstraining yesterday. Normally I would have gone an hour, but was really tired for some reason and wanted to take a break after the half on Saturday. Going to start putting in Elliptical as fitness instead of running, and try to make my 1200 miles in '12 without these "padding" miles.


... "but was really tired for some reason..." um, HELLO?! you just ran a friggin' half marathon! that there is your reason!
