Crosstraining on Sunday that I forgot to add here. 10.6 miles on the Elliptical / 3:1 elliptical miles is 3.5. Forward 5m / Backward 5m @ 85rpm and HR intervals - Watched Falling Skies and some of Alphas while I was working out, it wasn't so bad.
