60F / 80% - First time driving somewhere to run, but I wanted something new for today's long run. Started out slow and stayed slow, partially on purpose and partially because of new routes. Got lost for a little bit at the start, but it all worked out. Gorgeous trail through a wooded area with lots of bridges over the creek. Weather was pretty much perfect from what I would want, cool and not too muggy. Probably could have pushed harder on this run, I walked for a bit in the last half, but I didn't want to do anything 1 week before my race.
Immediately after, got a big shake from Sonic, probably should have gotten a smaller shake or a smoothie instead. Feel bloated now!
