Long "Slow" Run today. Tried to focus on my form a bit at the beginning, but am officially going too fast. I took a wrong turn and ran through the (outdoor) mall area, which wasn't so bad at 8am in the morning. Had to stop and get a rock out of my shoe at about mile 6. After that I stayed on course, and ran the whole way home. Then I looked at my watch and was like "In how many minutes?" Failed at being a slow run again.
