    Struggled between 6 to 7km because I had a stitch - ate breakfast half an hour before run. Anyway, it was a stunning day and I got my Vitamin D hit.

    All the dedicated runners aka crazies were out this morning running in the cold and rain. Afterwards, I felt like a spew. Although after a warm lemon tea at home I was feeling okay.

    Finished off my week at work running in the cold again. I was tired but felt good afterwards. I went home to eat lentil, chickpea and potato pie. Yum!
