Ran for time instead of distance today (I had a chicken roasting in the oven that needed attention). The run felt great and the sunset was gorgeous. =)

    The chicken was awesome!! Very little prep time for such a delicious meal... as well as providing motivation to run fast, get home and baste!

    Wow, that looks good. I have a patented roast chicken with limes and different spices, but this one looks really good. I may have to experiment with a new recipe here.
