great IronGirl 10 miler (+ 5 mile prelude) 15 mi 02:29 09:56 pace

awesome awesome awesome... ran up to Tempe Town Lake (5 miles) for the IronGirl 10 mile race. Found some people to run and chat with until mile 8... then I felt pretty good, so I picked up the pace. One mile to go, still feeling good, so I really opened it up and finished strong. Still need to confirm w/ the Garmin but I think my last mile was at an 8:15 pace? Anyway, it was a great day and a great run! And always wonderful to see the hubby and baby at the finish line. =)
