Awesome run w/ Brooke! Don't know the time b/c I accidentally left my Garmin on during the drive home. Oops... Anyway, nice course, gorgeous morning, fabulous company (love you, cuz!) and a beer at the finish line. Good times!

Sounds great! Who needs to know the pace - it was a gorgeous morning with great company and beer was involved. All good!

That does sound nice Jamie. Except I am normally on breakfast duty. My wife has kitchen duty the rest of the day. Maybe I can work out an arrangement with her. Nice run.

  4. good 4.42 mi / 00:41 09:12 pace

NEED MORE MILES. I've arranged for my mom to watch the kiddo once a week, on a weeknight, so I can run. And she gets some grandma time so its perfect!

  6. great 3.3 mi / 00:29 08:50 pace

Awesome run with Sarah! She talks while I huff. =)

  7. good 3.6 mi / 00:34 09:22 pace

Nice evening on the canal. I need to be more proactive with the child care so I can run more frequently. I think a more structured schedule might help.

How about a running stroller? Have you tried that yet?

A structured schedule is good. If I am keeping track of your baby's age right, it's about the right time to expect slightly more predictability in their sleeping and eating. Good luck setting up a good routine!

I think if I set something up with my parents once a week, like if they can watch him Wednesdays after work while I get in a quick run, that will help! Also, the husband is going to have to suck it up one weekend morning while I go run. That is just how it's gonna be!

Can't wait to do the jogging stroller... that will open up all sorts of possibilities! He's not quite there with his neck strength yet - but soon, soon.
