    Apparently a sinus infection and a long run do not mix! After an hour in, I was done and had to call the husband for a ride home :-( Guess I need a little more rest.

    Great long slow run along the beach. I killed the long hill up Marine Drive, with a very consistant pace! What a beautiful day and a great run!

    My first long run with the "fast group" - it was good. Although I was surprised by some of the differences between the groups - such as the "fast group" doesn't stop to stretch mid-run! I kind-of missed the stretch break :-)
