  1. RUN
good Another nasty one 9 mi

Probably more than 9 but watch died. Big group today. Legs were beat up...finally felt good after five miles.

  2. RUN
Chewed up and spit out 10 mi

Blasted by the 20 x 30 sec p/u workout. Hung with Marcie, Colleen, Terry and Pat and paid for it. Got home, showered and promptly laid down in bed and fell asleep for an hour! Woke up with cramp... read more

  4. RUN
    Track Tuesday 7 mi

1 mile time trial + 4 x 200. I think I took the mile too conservative (5:48) since I had plenty of juice for the 200's (0:39 progressing to 0:34). Should've felt worse after the mile...... read more

  5. So I know it's me, and I know people (including me) complain about this every year. But these guys at the Rock and Roll races have to be kidding. Entry is currently $95...fine. Processing f... read more

    good Town Loop 7.35 mi

Nice recovery run with Pete. Great running weather this morning.

  9. RUN
    good Thursday loop 10 mi

Recovery day for most meant running with the front group. Recovery for them = tempo for me. 7:10-ish average. Went most of the way with Pete who owned me on Franklin Street. I'll work on that.

good 2x Prospect Park 7.25 mi

Easy one today...hoping to be in WC tomorrow for the Thursday loop. And while a bourbon streak sounds great, I'm assuming that would NOT be sustainable!

The way the Knicks are playing, a bourbon streak doesn't sound out of the question.
