      Good work. Nice reco on the Finding Mastery - Des Linden episode. Started it this morning and, wow, just wow. I've read a few articles and heard other interviews with her; this is more in-depth. This blew me away: "My results aren't 'me' — if my results were all swept away, I would be fine. I'd still be me." (Lengthy for a DM comment, too late now!) A good reminder to not hitch my core identity to my running results, but to first be present, be myself and then let running flow from that.

    Pretty easy roll, tough run back up the hill. Felt better as I went along. Kept it to 1:30. Decent.
