      Nice job James.Sorry to hear about your back. some yoga stretches may help, It helps me when I get back cramps. also make sure you getting enough fluids its dern hot out there.

      Good job! Are you saying a water bottle slowed you down 90 sec per mile? I would suggest a smaller bottle. :)
