    My chest hurt, my legs hurt (from hills). Didn't mean to go as fast as I did. Used RunKeeper for measurement, and i'm not 100% confident in its measurements.

    Really hard run. Went up the ramp to the top of the dam and didn't stop. Return was hard even though it was downhill. Oh and for some reason all the music on my iPhone was gone so I had no music!

    Great workout! Had to squeeze it into shorter time because I messed up on how much time I'd have. I only skipped one move so I cnsider that pretty successful.

    I actually improved on this workout from last week. Both my back and biceps are stronger. I definitely have a love/hate relationship with this workout though. I'm tired, but I love it.
