Wow. There you go - all done the long Sunday runs for Chilly Half training. Race day is two weeks away, and based on today's run, I'm obviously ready to run it in about two hours.

Good run today, although the route was kind of crappy. While it doesn't seem possible, about two thirds of the run was uphill, thanks to a steep downhill section that lost all that elevation all at once on the way back.

I had tired legs the first quarter of the run, but as soon as I let the speedsters go and settled back into a slightly slower pace group, things smoothed out. In the end, it was a solid run.
