great Treadmill 6 km 00:27 07:17 pace

Started at 7.5 mph on the treadmill and then raised the speed by 0.1 mph every minute until I was running at 9.5 mph. Ended up holding that for two minutes and then started dropping back down every minute until the 6km was done.

Good stuff...now bring on the snow storm.
