good 16k Roncesvalles 16 km 01:28 08:53 pace

Not going to lie...it was cold. I think this ranks up there with the coldest weather I've ever run in. But it wasn't horrible.

Enough about the weather. The run was pretty good - we went out to Roncesvalles, then back along Bloor and Harbord. The section along Roncy was the worst - the wind was blowing a bit through there. Other than that, it was just a matter of getting out and getting it done.

Way to go James - it was pretty nasty cold out there.

Yeah, that north wind was BRUTAL! And with an uphill on Roncesvalles must have been so painful! But your right, when it was a tail or side wind, not too bad out there! Great work James!

Roncy was a bitch, indeed. I started tightening up in the IT up the hill, but my running partners kept me going through the end. Character built!
