Knocked another minute off my 5k time tonight. I think that's about as fast as a) I can go for 5k and b) I want to go for 5k.

Maybe someday a sub-20 minute 5k will be possible, but right now I'm more focused on distance. These tempo runs do help with cardio, and with getting used to the feeling of really pushing it.
