Went out with a 29k distance in mind and ran with the marathon group again to get there. Took it up the Humber as far as we did the day of my longest run prior to the Ottawa Marathon - it was nice to run along the river again in some ideal conditions. Came back down along King and ran to Strachan Ave. where my Garmin indicated 29k. Stopped there and took a streetcar back to the Running Room downtown - mission accomplished for today's run...no need to push past that distance this week. All in all, a decent run, although tougher than I had hoped, especially after about 25k. I'll be bringing my weekday runs back up to where they were in the spring and I think I'll be fine in six weeks to do the full 42.2k. No decision yet either way, but I'm leaning towards the marathon at this point.
