Went out with a plan to do 8km since this is a step back week (a mere 23km on Sunday). It was so nice out that I decided to head out and run the Ashbridges Bay trail loop yet again. I do enjoy running that part of the Beach at night - it's quiet and the city skyline is reflected on the water in a beautiful way.
In the end, 8km turned into 12km which seems to have become my new "usual" Thursday night distance.
