Nice run although it was mega humid still. I waited out a brief thunderstorm thinking it might clear some of the heat, but I think it did the opposite. There was lightning in the distance, but clear skies overhead.

The ankle was a bit tight, but no soreness like I've had on the last half dozen runs. I guess the icing and stretching of the calf is working.

This wasn't the July mileage total I would have predicted at just 146km, but add in the 23km run I missed during the passport debacle and it would have been a respectable 169km.

I'm just glad to be back on track after a 25km run on the weekend and a solid 43km week last week.
