Second last super long run on the schedule and this one was great. It was nice to get back into the Don Valley and run through some of Toronto's great parks.
Felt super throughout despite some big hills in the middle. Held back a bit in the last few kilometres to run with Joyce.
A great day for running. Four weeks to go!
