great Morning Run 6.07 km 00:30 07:59 pace

  4. RUN
great Morning Run 16.01 km 01:20 08:04 pace

The last longish run...just a 16km race pace effort to lock in a good rhythm for the marathon in eight days. I was aiming for about 4:55-5:00/km on this one, and I did pretty well. There was a long... read more

great Afternoon Run 10.24 km 00:52 08:09 pace

Another lovely day for a run. Set out to run 10km and ran the reverse of the terrible run route from last week.

great Neighbourhood Loop 6.1 km 00:29 07:39 pace

Worked from home today, so that meant I could get a run in before dinner. It's perfect running weather right now - not too warm, but sunny with a bit of a breeze.

great Morning Run 23.3 km 02:00 08:17 pace

Yup. 23.3km on the treadmill. That was my longest indoor run ever by a long shot.

great Evening Run 10.1 km 00:52 08:15 pace

The flag run, with bonus gnats. The bugs were plentiful this evening, making for some less than enjoyable moments on this run.

good Evening Run 6.07 km 00:31 08:05 pace

Without the tough runs, you'd never know an easy one. The uninitiated do not know the trials and tribulations. The initiated know we do not share the trials and tribulations with the uninitiated, because they simply would not understand. Runners see the obstacles and road blocks push through, with the best poker face we can muster.
