Apparently it's half, full and tri medals only. I still have a few of those I would part with (especially some of the half medals).

I have a bunch of halfs for sure, and the Goodlife fulls are not hangable being so large (I have four in a drawer). I could say goodbye to one or more of those!

great TTC is Useless 3.3 km 00:16 07:51 pace
Took the TTC streetcar as far as Jones, then began the wait for the bus which replaces the beloved 501 on Queen thanks to trackwork at Coxwell. That bus wasn't coming any time soon, so after waitin... read more

Worst part of posting my race report today instead of yesterday is that I didn't even get to bask in the glow of a 62km week. Stupid Big Fat Dailymile Zero™ is up there mocking me already.

James, I culd not have asked for a better person to run beside me here in Vancouver. You were an amazing inspiration and support, and without you I would not have made my goal! Thank you so much for running with me and pushing me through when I just wanted to slow down and take it easy. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

You've been on quite the journey these past months and have been inspiring to me as I fight through what is a very minor injury compared to yours. Congrats! Very well done!!

A #positivethurs shout out to the #yyjrun crew. It's been awesome training together for the @BMOVanMarathon from way over here in Toronto. Dailymile rocks about as much as we all do. Which is a ton.

I love the old ones, the new version are okay, but not the same. I have always run in them, and n?v?r got a blister (can't write it or I'll jinx myself)

I found them at Sporting Life so problem solved, crisis averted. Those MEC ones are Coolmesh II - I would settle for those, but I've run every single kilometre since 2008 in the straight up Wrightsock Running.

I had my last double digits run a couple days ago. I've got a 10K race on Sunday, then just a couple easy taper runs until race day! It's all starting to seem really real!

I grew up in Lachine, and have run along the canal numerous times when back to visit family. It's a very nice run, and so would be Mount Royal. Have fun!
