    Pretty meh. Never really got into this one. Thursday night runs are my least favourite thanks to the general feeling of tiredness from three straight days of running.

      Tiredness is the exact reason I didn't plan a run for tonight. I don't think my legs would be happy if I went 3 days in a row!

      Stanton adds periodization into the program. Days of stress, and then days of rest. The key is to not do more than two days of hard workout in a row. So Tuesday and Wednesday are tempo-tempo or tempo-hills, but Thursday is always at an easier pace. Running on tired legs is a good thing to practice.

    Nicer weather this week so outside we went. Ran with Jeffrey N. on a 17km out and back. Thanks to the City for clearing the Martin Goodman Trail. Bare pavement most of the way!

    I really enjoy these Saturday runs. Easy pace and after a rest day makes for a good run every week. Looking forward to 16km outside tomorrow.

      hmmmmmm, going by memory I'd describe it as pretty flat. But it may be more of a false flat. I'll try and run it next weekend to refresh my memory!

      If the route will be to just stay on Plains over to York, it is flat. Maybe a bit downhill even. I don't think you can go Spring Garden and turn right (not left) as it doesn't connect to Plains.

      I mapped out what staying on Plains would be and it's about the same distance. I think it's flat too. Should make for some faster times this year.
