      Without the tough runs, you'd never know an easy one. The uninitiated do not know the trials and tribulations. The initiated know we do not share the trials and tribulations with the uninitiated, because they simply would not understand. Runners see the obstacles and road blocks push through, with the best poker face we can muster.

      Thanks Linda. You never know what race day will bring, but I'm feeling pretty good right now and looking forward to going for it in Ottawa again this year. That race and course has been very good to me in the past.
