    Intervals with Couch to 5K, week 2 run 3. Very wet and rainy at the start, cleared up a little by the end, but soaked nonetheless.

      awesome. My wife did Couch to 5k and it worked wonders. She easily became addicted to running. I'm using the Nike+ GPS on my iPhone (it's different/better than the normal Nike+ app) for tracking my runs now. If you aren't using it, give it a try. It's awesome. I'm considering switching to the Nike+ GPS watch or the Garmin watch soon.
