    My knees were hurting and I started jogging for a bit but then decided to walk so that I didn't get an injury. I worked up a good sweat though.

    This was my farthest walk/jog yet! I was going to stop at 4 miles, but decided to go for it.

    I jogged about 2/3 of the way and felt pretty good. Not winded so much, just tired body afterwards.

    Strictly walking today - my shins were feeling sore and I slowed down quite a bit on the way back so they didn't get worse.

    Started alternating running & walking in between electricity posts, but ended up jogging most of the way back (it was downhill, but still...).

    Ran & jogged in intervals for 3/4 of a mile. It was hot - again! Wore sunscreen this time & took it easy on the last mile.

    Holy hotness, I forgot to wear sunscreen. Jogged for half of the time, so it was still a pretty good workout.
