    This went surprising well! Ran the first 2 (runkeeper GPS did something weird at the beginning and tacked an extra .2 miles on my run) and then walk/ran home. Not a bad first 5k of spring!

      The treadmill is super boring. I find that doing intervals keeps me entertained. Try doing 1 minute regular pace, 30 second fast for 20 or so minutes.
