    Fun workout to gospel music! It's aimed at beginners so it was a little too easy but I made the best of it! A nice departure from my usual crazy workouts :) Enjoyed the prayer time too!

    Excellent! One of my favorite workouts. Keeps my shoulders nice and strong and the workout is only 35 minutes! Another workout crossed off my weekly fitness calendar!

    Lots of squats and lunges made for a challenging workout with Brazil Butt Lift! No breaks - just kept on going. Made it though and feeling it now big time!

    Had a hard time motivating myself to start but once I did, I felt energized! I can do 20 push ups in a row! yay! Back is feeling stronger too.

    Went great! Am able to handle slightly heavier weights now! Arms are nicely toned. Yay!
