      Just the Sheffield Half Marathon. I'll see how that goes then decide if I want to do any more.

      A real 'pain' (excuse the pun) about your knee. Unfortunately sometimes rest is the only solution :(

  6. Doctors today diagnosed me with a bursitis knee problem, hopeful this shifts sooner than later.

    Glad I covered the distance but pain in right knee, again. Had to cut short run, now finding it difficult to apply any weight.

    Very well. A much shorter run, simply for speed testing. Really pushed my speed.

      You can't beat Yorkshire for some decent snow. Used to enjoy playing in the snow drifts as a kid when I used to live there.

      I'm really fortunate to live within 15 minutes of amazing countryside. Was going to take a few more today but had to abandon jogging after 10 minutes due to a sore knee. Perhaps tomorrow.

      First run of 2010, with snow and ice. Tried a new breathing technique that helped a great deal. Starting the year slowly but will increase (hopefully) my speed and distance over the next few weeks.
