Chose a nice, low-impact activity to keep me from boring myself to death while I let my leg heal. A nice workout that made me sweaty- felt so good to do something again :) I've been doing Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred the past few days, and I can really feel my strength improving. Maybe this injury was a blessing in disguise... :/


My daughter and I did 1 day of the shred, but I decided I might need to wait until after this 1st 5k this Saturday so I have put it on hold. :) Glad you got something in!
