Just to let you all know that I have a triathlon tomorrow, and even though it's only my second, I plan to race hard for age-group placing. I'll update y'allz sometime tomorrow.

I had a sweet triathlon. That's pretty much all I can say, other than that my shins and calfs didn't want to work on the run again.

don't worry. I think you'll come to enjoy it. :) My little brother thought that he loved running, then he got a bike for his birthday and he now goes on bike rides with my dad. ;) don't worry- sometimes its okay for parents to be right.
