Had a hard time today.... The sit ups killed me.
1 mile warm up
bicycles for 2 min
sit ups (supposed to be 50, but was less)
hold the plank and elbows to hands (supposed to be 30, but was less)
run and then repeat above twice
Tug of war (we won three times!!! Oh yeah baby!)
2 min stations:
feet on a tire and holding the plank, trying to get around the whole tire. Tire is of course on a hill, otherwise this would be too easy! :)
boxing with 5 pound weights
Bicep curls with 10 pound weights
running a slalom with weighted ball over the head
sit ups (supposed to be 100, but if I made 50 I'm lucky)
sit ups in sets of 10 and 20 and hold at number 10 and 20
Ahhhh, so glad today is over. Last day tomorrow with the group. Hill work. I will miss this again. if it just wouldn't be so stinking expensive....
