6km! A month ago I couldn't even imagine running this much.

This morning's run was supposed to be 5 km, but at the end of that I felt I could run a bit more, so set off on another lap, but started to feel some pain in the calves as I approached six, so stopped there. Should be able to do a full 10 km by next week.

    I recommend sticking to 5-6 Km for a week and then going to 7-8 and then 9-10. There is a method to increasing distances without getting injured.
