This must be the longest I've run yet. I pushed too hard on the final uphill climb and now both calf muscles hurt. Will take a few hours to recover.
Haven't cycled for a full week. Sad.

Somehow this doesn't feel like a real workout. There's no great joy in seeing my profile badge say "4 km" on a Wednesday, when I'm typically past 100 km.
