    A nice walk around the Begur lake and under the Nice road. We were tempted to climb up and walk along the shoulder of the Nice road, but decided against it. Maybe another time.

    This must be the longest I've run yet. I pushed too hard on the final uphill climb and now both calf muscles hurt. Will take a few hours to recover.

      Somehow this doesn't feel like a real workout. There's no great joy in seeing my profile badge say "4 km" on a Wednesday, when I'm typically past 100 km.

    Ordinary ride, except a nice slope helped me push a new top speed: 51.93 kph. Could have gone faster, but was wary of an autorickshaw in front.
