    That has to be one of the worst runs I have had in a really long time. I wanted to work on speed but I started way too fast and ran out of steam by mile 3.5. I ended up walking much of the way home.

    I did a 1 mile warm up followed by 2 faster miles at 10:20 and 10:00 pace. The I cooled down with a slow mile and power walked one on an incline for good measure. Heck of a way to start a Friday!
