Lots of frustration lately, as my legs haven't cooperated with getting me back into a running routine. Giving this another try with some more supportive shoes. Our situation just isn't good for me getting to a PT, so for now I'm treading water with self-care, occasional dumbbell workouts at home and a careful diet. Still, my biggest issue is that I'm not doing anything consistently enough to make progress in any area. Hopefully this is the start of a better routine.
