Just me with Ben in the stroller this morning since Theo went to work with mom. Great weather, just running to run, feeling pretty good since my legs are still sore from dumbbells a couple days ago. Think I'll need another extended session on the foam roller later. Ben was done with the stroller just in time for him to go to the playground while I did bodyweight/mobility.
