Took the boys to the park, a bit late in the morning, but at least there was a breeze. Great effort by Theo, riding without a stop and handling the hills very well. I felt sore and tired and Theo put up a faster pace than he has our last couple outings, but no complaints! Afterwards I did some lunges and inverted rows on the playground while the boys played.
