Been wanting to run for a while, finally had a good time to do it. Packed up the stroller and Ben and drove to Carney park while Ruth took Theo to work. Forcing myself to start slow: did 5 minutes walking, 10 minutes running, repeated three times. Last three minutes was the walk back to the car. When I can get Theo a new bike, I see the three of us doing laps at Carney together...

    If anyone reads this who doesn't follow my other social media, Ben is our newly adopted 2.5 year old son. He's been with us 7 weeks and he's loads of fun...but not conducive to good sleep or long workouts, so I've been on quick dumbbell workouts and some walking, whenever I can make the time, for the last 3 months or so.

    Nice to see you back in my feed! I'm in a similar boat right now...hoping Camden can get his bike skills up so he can come along for runs while I push Adalyn in the stroller. I hope this is just the first of many runs in succession for you.
